- Fine Beans – 1 cup
- Eggs – 2 or 3
- Feta Cheese – 1/4 cup
- Garlic Powder – 1tsp
- Red Chilli Flakes
- Pepper Powder
– Trim the beans & cut them into 2cm size pieces
– Heat the oil in the pan, add the beans to it & add salt.
– Saute till half done. ( Don let it wilt )
– Add chilli flakes, pepper powder, garlic powder, feta & stir well.
– Beat the eggs & scramble it till done.
– Check seasoning & Enjoy.
It is a good to eat as b’fast or as dinner, by itself, or with roti.
