- Greens (baby spinach, water cress, rocket salad, swiss chard )
- Portobello mushrooms
- Brined Olives
- Cherry tomatoes
- Garden Peas
- Sweet Corn
- Feta Cheese
- Olive Oil
- White Wine Vinegar
- Red Chilli Flakes
– Put everything for the dressing in a bowl, n give a nice whirrr…..
– In a Pan, heat olive oil n saute the mushrooms.
– Transfer the mushrooms into a mixing bowl, along with everything else. pour the dressing on it n give a good mix.
– Crumble the feta cheese & serve.
