Hot Garlicky Pan Fried Fish

What How
  •  4 pcs Fish Steak
  •  9 Garlic Cloves  ( medium )
  •  2 tsp Tamarind Concentrate
  •  2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  •  2 tsp Coriander Powder
  •  1 tsp Salt
  •  1 tsp Lemon Juice
  •  1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
  •  1 tsp Pepper Powder (optional)
  •  3 tsp Soy Sauce
  •  2 tbsp Oil
   Clean the fish nicely.


Cut the garlic into small pieces and grind it coarsely using a mortar & pestle to release its flavors

Except oil, mix everything else nicely & add water if required to make a coarse paste

Apply this mix to the fish steaks all over & leave for 30 min.

Heat oil in a pan, layer the steaks & cook on both sides till done; (approx 3 min on each side).



**     Put the fried steaks on paper napkins to drain excess oil.

**     Marinating overnight before frying fish results in much tastier steaks.

**     Every ingredient in the list could be increased or decreased, as per the taste.
